Loyalty integration with Guest Ordering features

For fully understanding of this guide a few principles on how White Label Ordering, iOrder and Loyalty relate to each other have been highlighted below.

  • iOrder Account (that can be associated to Loyalty): Refers to a user account created in iOrder This account is used by White Label Ordering (White Label App and Web Ordering), this account can be for a guests or a staff members and is not an admin account to the iOrder platform.

  • Loyalty Card: Refers to the “Loyalty number” linked to a program that is provided to a guest or staff member either by a physical card collected in a venue or a virtual card provided by email from the Loyalty sign up widget or White Label Ordering sign up process.

  • Loyalty Card Association to White Label Ordering: Refers to linking a Loyalty Card to an iOrder Account so the guest or staff member can use White Label App and Web Ordering to see some of their Loyalty details, accrue and redeem rewards.
